Abstract
This paper investigates the problem of control with target condition for systems governed by semilinear PDE's. It presents a unified approach based on the concept of spreading control under speed constraints. It is shown that a convenient choice of the lower bound of the speed yields a control generating a spread which reachs the state constraints at terminal time. Numerical examples are studied
