Duration, claims & cancellation

Subscriptions may be placed for any period. Claims are accepted without a stated time limit. A subscription may be cancelled at any time, with the remaining balance refunded.

Dealers pay the listed subscription rate, less the applicable dealer discount, plus shipment charges.

Invoice & payment

Payment is due only after an invoice has been received. The 2026 price list specifies the publisher’s bank accounts; the general order page also identifies mail@heldermann.de for PayPal payments. All invoices are issued in euros, and the invoice confirms the applicable method.
