Submissions first receive an editorial assessment. Suitable manuscripts are then evaluated by independent subject specialists, and the publisher completes final formatting after acceptance.

A Managing Editor checks subject fit, originality, policy compliance, and readiness for independent review.
Qualified subject specialists evaluate the mathematical contribution, correctness, originality, and presentation. A request for revision is not a promise of acceptance.
The handling editor considers the reports and manuscript before the editorial decision. After acceptance, Heldermann Verlag completes final formatting.
The work must not be published or under review by another journal. A disclosed preprint does not prevent consideration. Cite and explain any thesis, conference version, translation, working paper, or closely related manuscript so the editor can assess overlap.
Confirm that the author list is complete and approved, describe contributions, and provide explicit statements on competing interests, funding, data or code availability, relevant research ethics, and substantive AI-tool use. Choose a layout consistent with recently published papers. Check every citation, theorem, formula, and figure, label composites clearly, and obtain written permission for third-party material. Final formatting is handled by the publisher.
The current journal guidance states that reproduction rights pass to Heldermann Verlag upon acceptance and that there is no page charge. Authors should review the applicable publishing agreement before acceptance and confirm permitted reuse or repository posting with the Editorial Office. Availability of the final article PDF is confirmed during production.
